Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update equipment registrations
Provide Pre-Authorization for certain automotive components
Support OEM Dealers with inquiries regarding technical automotive repairs

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the mechanics of motors and transmissions
Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
Vehicle warranty knowledge and ASE certification are a plus
