Job Summary
Working remotely, the Automotive Claims Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and customer support for the accurate and timely processing of claims, including tracking parts and services ordered by Adjusters and engaging with contract holders and repair facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to claims and contract issues
- Monitoring Teams channels and group chats for effective communication
- Researching and resolving customer issues related to parts suppliers and inspections
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of automotive service and parts departments (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- High level of accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
