Job Summary
To manage and expand a high-profile portfolio of Fortune 500 automotive brands, the full-time salaried Client Partner will leverage B2B sales experience to grow business relationships and deliver AI-driven workforce solutions, working remotely while engaging in face-to-face meetings in the Dallas Metro and/or Orange County area.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the business by identifying new opportunities and pitching AI-driven staffing solutions
- Lead consultative presentations and manage major client proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver custom solutions for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of consultative sales or business development experience in relevant industries
- Proven success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Experience building relationships with senior leaders in complex organizations
- Familiarity with MSP environments and enterprise account strategy preferred
