Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to partner with fixed operations teams at automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
• Build long-term relationships with dealer clients and lead virtual coaching sessions for operational improvements
• Train leadership teams on software tools and maintain detailed notes in CRM systems to track progress

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, preferably as a service manager
• Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven insights presentation
• Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
• Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
