Automotive Coaching Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas using analytic tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative methods to effect change in key operational areas
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to measure implemented changes
• Update CRM with necessary notes and leverage client successes to promote additional services

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
• 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple accounts
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
• Demonstrated ability to lead clients to desired solutions
