Job Summary
Leveraging automotive collision industry experience, the full-time Collision Labor Content Specialist will research, compile, and maintain technical data while producing accurate automotive collision repair labor allowances and responding to customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Research and assemble vehicle and repair information, ensuring data normalization for technical estimating products
- Review and authenticate information from OEM technical user manuals and perform field labor time studies
- Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve issues related to Parts, Labor, or Estimatics
Required qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience in automotive repair and estimating
- Knowledge of vehicle construction and collision repair, including welding and refinishing
- Familiarity with OEM technical service manuals and data sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
