Job Summary

Automotive Customer Experience Representative, a full-time temporary position responsible for managing escalated customer interactions and providing support to enhance customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support representatives by providing critical information and process guidance

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry
  • Experience in a call center setting with a focus on escalated customer issues
  • Strong understanding of the customer experience journey
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and technical/app/phone support
