Job Summary
Automotive Customer Experience Representative, a full-time temporary position responsible for managing escalated customer interactions and providing support to enhance customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer interactions and executive follow-ups
- Support representatives by providing critical information and process guidance
- Handle public relations requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- A college degree is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry
- Experience in a call center setting with a focus on escalated customer issues
- Strong understanding of the customer experience journey
- Familiarity with Salesforce and technical/app/phone support
