Automotive Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Automotive Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries using web-based tools, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns
• Handle caseloads as required and de-escalate any issues effectively
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based applications
