Job Summary

Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the remote Automotive Customer Service Specialist will manage inquiries and resolve issues while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service and sales experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
