Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Automotive Customer Support Specialist will utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries, provide recommendations on auto parts, and maintain detailed case notes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries and provide accurate recommendations
- Maintain database case notes and stay current on relevant materials and resources
- Deliver expert customer experiences while adapting to individual customer needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience required
- Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
- Additional automotive parts training or certification is a plus
- PC/Keyboarding skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
