Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Automotive Customer Support Specialist will respond to escalated automotive-related inquiries, resolve customer issues using standardized processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to escalated automotive-related product questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries by referencing an internal knowledge base and following standardized processes
  • Collaborate with customers, dealerships, and field support teams to gather necessary information for customer escalations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age
  • Automotive enthusiast or possess relative knowledge of how automobiles work
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry, customer service, and/or case management is preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working with computers and operating several applications simultaneously
