Automotive Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Automotive Inventory Analyst will analyze stocking levels, assist in building cross-reference files, and develop VIN to Part Catalogs to enhance inventory efficiency and support field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stocking levels using usage reports and fleet counts
• Build many to one cross-reference files for the parts master
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for new shop launches and special projects

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive data analysis
• Experience with BI systems such as DOMO, Tableau, or Microsoft BI
• Proficiency in SQL and inventory management software
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with CSV files
