Automotive Key Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist (Automotive - IATF 16949).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients and manage contract performance
• Identify and drive business development opportunities while promoting the company's image and integrity
• Report on project performance to clients' senior management and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or administrative role
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with IATF 16949 standards
• Experience in the TIC industry supporting Business Assurance sectors is preferred
• Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
