Automotive Maintenance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Car & Light Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for clients' drivers and frontline agents by authorizing repairs and processing invoices
• Respond to inquiries from suppliers and clients through various communication channels
• Negotiate repair prices and issue authorizations for valid repairs to manage vehicle maintenance costs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required; BA/BS preferred
• Minimum 3 years of general automotive knowledge; mechanic experience preferred
• Active ASE Certification preferred; candidates must agree to obtain it within 12 months if not currently certified
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• PC skills including data entry and familiarity with MS Office suite preferred
