Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing automotive technical support and advice, the full-time Automotive Maintenance Coordinator will work remotely from Tampa, FL, handling repair orders, negotiating service intervals and pricing, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' guidelines
• Negotiate pricing and create purchase orders while advising clients on repair recommendations

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Tampa, FL or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience preferred
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
