Job Summary
Providing automotive technical support and advice, the full-time Automotive Maintenance Coordinator will work remotely from the Tulsa, OK area, reviewing repair orders, negotiating service pricing, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to orders submitted via phone and email, ensuring efficient and friendly service
- Review proposals for compliance with manufacturer service intervals and negotiate pricing for services
- Contact clients to explain repair procedures, provide recommendations, and obtain approval for services
Required qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the Tulsa, OK area or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience and six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Preferred degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements, including reliable high-speed internet access
