Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing automotive technical support and advice, the full-time Automotive Maintenance Coordinator will work remotely from the Kansas City metropolitan area, reviewing repair orders, negotiating service intervals and pricing, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email
• Review proposals to ensure services are performed according to manufacturer specifications
• Negotiate pricing and create purchase orders following operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience preferred
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
