Job Summary

Providing leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Contract Operations Supervisor in the automotive sector will manage a team responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of automotive service contracts, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and service performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance management through coaching, goal setting, and employee recognition
• Oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex contract and customer issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Three or more years of experience in a high-volume operations or contract administration environment
• Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee performance and resolve escalations
