• One plus years of experience with recovering impounds
• Experience in auto lending related to impounds and recovery
• Able to manage complex initiatives with subject matter expertise
• Comfortable with change and maintaining order in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take on new tasks and solve problems in real time
