Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for automotive roles and develop a pipeline of qualified talent
Conduct candidate screenings and evaluations to present qualified shortlists to hiring managers
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Direct recruiting experience within the automotive industry is required
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
