Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment process, the full-time Automotive Technical Recruiter will utilize various sourcing methods to interview candidates, maintain employment records, and communicate job opportunities, all while working remotely near Indianapolis or Columbus, IN.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize computer databases and Internet resources to recruit candidates and conduct interviews to gather work history and qualifications
• Prepare and maintain employment records while informing applicants about job opportunities and organizational benefits
• Support pipeline management and facilitate the conversion to the offer process for potential hires

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong organizational skills and experience in either in-house or agency recruitment
• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
