Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Automotive Sales & Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to type 25 wpm
