Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary

Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the full-time Automotive Sales Representative will address inquiries, resolve issues, and meet sales goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions and concerns
• Meet or exceed sales goals and identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value
• Track call-related information for auditing purposes and provide feedback on call issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
