Job Summary

As a full-time remote Automotive Sales & Service Representative, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and enhance the customer experience while promoting products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally, identifying needs and building rapport through effective discovery techniques
• Present and promote products, services, and membership benefits tailored to each customer's situation, while meeting sales goals and conversion targets
• Educate customers on available plans and solutions, applying consultative strategies to retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a call center, retail, or customer-focused environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and systems simultaneously
