A company is looking for an Automotive Subject Matter Expert (Sales) to consult on the development of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and best practices to enhance learning content
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective learning assets
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard dealership and OEM functions, practices, and personnel positions
• Understanding of customer satisfaction and product quality indicators in the industry
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices
• 3 - 5 years of experience in an SME role for training program development
• Previous experience working as an operator at the dealership level is required
