Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor I to manage maintenance repairs and negotiate with vendors on repair procedures and costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize mechanical repairs and ensure safety-related and scheduled repairs are completed
• Negotiate repair costs and manage Client authorizations according to specific instructions
• Document transactions accurately and conduct follow-ups on down vehicles and pending transactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• One to two years of automotive experience or equivalent technical education
• ASE C1 certification and one of the following: A4, A5, A6, or A7 within the first 12 months
• Fleet industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
