Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between shops and customers, ensuring a seamless repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully record customer concerns to generate accurate work orders
• Track the status of open repair orders
• Explain repair order charges to customers and answer technical questions about vehicle problems and services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an automotive service role
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales history in high volume car brands preferred
• Experience with Amazon vans preferred, but not required
• Excellent math skills
