Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and authorize maintenance repairs for clients, negotiate repair costs, and provide repair recommendations
• Follow parts and labor reference guides, conduct follow-ups on pending transactions, and resolve discrepancies
• Adhere to contact center scheduling and performance metrics, meet key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience or equivalent technical education
• ASE C1 certification and one of the following: A4, A5, A6, or A7 within the first 12 months
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with industry labor guides and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and type at least 25wpm
