Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Automotive Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
Resolve automotive issues through a defined six-step diagnostic process and perform follow-ups on existing tickets
Communicate product issues and provide technical support to Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisors as needed

Required Qualifications:

High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of automotive repair experience
Experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, and hybrid automotive technologies
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, as well as dealer information software
Basic PC software knowledge, including Windows and keyboarding skills
