Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
• Resolve dealer concerns through a defined six-step diagnostic process and follow up on existing tickets
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and utilize databases for automotive product information

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of automotive repair experience
• 2-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or hybrid automotive technologies
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools as well as dealer information software
• Basic PC software knowledge, including Windows and keyboarding skills
