Automotive Support Technician

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Automotive Support Technician for a long-term contract role that can be performed 100% remotely, where the technician will provide remote vehicle support, focusing on electrical diagnostics, ADAS, sensor, and camera calibration, while leveraging extensive automotive repair experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote vehicle support, including troubleshooting and diagnostics of automotive systems
• Utilize OE or aftermarket scan tools to assess and document vehicle issues
• Interpret and document automotive service information and technical service bulletins (TSB)

Required qualifications

• Automotive Certification or 5+ years of experience in Automotive ADAS/Diagnostics
• Proficiency with OE or aftermarket scan tools and familiarity with OE software
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine management and safety systems
• Experience with reprogramming/flashing automotive ECUs is preferred
