Automotive Technical Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Technical Support Agent for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance for automotive diagnostics, including reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and performing ADAS calibrations
• Escalate issues to higher-level agents or coordinators as needed
• Manage ticketing system to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive troubleshooting and repair
• Automotive certification or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of light-duty automotive systems and diagnostic procedures
• Familiarity with OE software and diagnostic scan tools preferred
