Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Function as the technical expert for customers and sales team members, addressing product and installation inquiries

Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience; ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred
- Two years of customer-facing service experience preferred
- Experience in automotive sales and service support is required
