Job Summary

Assisting technicians in recalibrating vehicle sensors, the full-time Automotive Technician will provide chat-based technical support and guide users through diagnostic procedures, with the role being primarily remote and requiring occasional travel to Plymouth, MI.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide chat-based technical support for ADAS calibration and sensor recalibration
• Guide users through step-by-step diagnostic and repair procedures
• Document support tickets accurately and follow established workflows consistently

• Strong diagnostic experience in automotive technology
• Experience with ADAS systems and sensor recalibration
