Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Technician Call Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
Resolve automotive issues through a defined six-step diagnostic process and follow up on existing tickets until resolution
Communicate product issues to relevant teams and provide technical support as needed

Required Qualifications:

High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE)
At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or Hybrid vehicles preferred
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and basic PC software skills
