Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter specializing in Automotive Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for automotive technicians across multiple locations
• Proactively source and engage talent using creative strategies beyond traditional channels
• Partner with shop leaders to understand hiring needs and drive accountability throughout the process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 3 - 10 years of experience in recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment methods
