Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Virtual Total Loss Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service and attention to customers with vehicle repair needs
• Virtually inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements
• Explain coverage, estimates, claims, and rental processes to agents and customers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months experience writing auto collision estimates
• Proficiency with auto estimating programs such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Experience in investigating claims and interpreting insurance policies
