Job Summary

Working remotely, the Automotive Virtual Total Loss Adjuster will provide exceptional customer service by virtually inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements for total loss claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual inspections of vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates
• Negotiate settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, and customers
• Explain coverage, claims processes, and settlement details to agents and customers

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months experience writing auto collision estimates using programs like CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex
• Strong understanding of vehicle damage assessment and insurance claims processes
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Experience in customer service within the claims or insurance industry
• Familiarity with total loss valuations and rental processes
