Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer's compliance with policy and procedures
• Utilize proprietary software to resolve dealer compliance issues and manage claims processing
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules and ensure compliance with manufacturer's policy

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised Automotive Dealer
• Good working knowledge of DMS software
• Understanding of automotive dealership service departments and warranty accounting processes
• Proficient in reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
• Certified or trained in at least one manufacturer
