Automotive Warranty Claims Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review dealer claims for warranty reimbursement and ensure all required documentation is provided
• Communicate necessary claim corrections and guide dealers through the reimbursement process
• Resolve pricing errors and address dealer questions regarding warranty policy and claim submission

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
• Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years
• Knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles
• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
