Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Claims Processor for a remote contractor position, responsible for reviewing dealer claims for warranty reimbursement, guiding dealers through the claims process, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication with dealership personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and address inbound calls and chats from dealership personnel and end customers regarding warranty claims
• Review and process dealer claims, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
• Communicate necessary corrections to claims and provide guidance to dealers throughout the reimbursement process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years automotive repair experience
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive mechanics and dealership operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
