A company is looking for an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Case Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for safety case completeness to support program launch
• Lead a core team in the development and execution of safety cases, ensuring accountability and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution while maintaining high safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a similar field
• 10 years of industry experience with proven program management skills, preferably in a technical context
• Experience leading complex programs with enterprise-level visibility across multiple teams
• Self-motivated with a passion for developing teams and improving processes
• Strong interest in self-driving car technology and its safety implications
