Job Summary
Leading the integrated execution of the SAFE-ADS operating plan, the full-time Autonomous Vehicle Safety Assurance Technical Program Manager will manage complex workstreams related to safety risk management, software validation, and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution model for SAFE-ADS initiatives, including objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage dependencies and coordinate safety metrics and validation activities across various teams
- Drive risk mitigation and recovery plans, ensuring visibility and alignment across workstreams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in safety-critical domains
- At least 3 years of experience in technical program management or engineering program management
- Strong capabilities in integrated planning, risk management, and executive communication
- Hands-on experience with program management tools such as Jira and familiarity with requirements management systems
