Autonomous Vehicle Test Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the autonomous vehicle testing team, the full-time contract Autonomous Vehicle Test Engineer will analyze issues from vehicle testing, create and manage test suites, and collaborate with engineering teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze issues reported from routine autonomous vehicle testing
• Create test suites, manage test configurations, and support testing infrastructure
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to improve product quality

Required qualifications

• Technical education or background in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and proficiency with Python
• Experience in test engineering within a robotics or automotive environment
• Ability to perform issue triage, root cause analysis, and technical documentation
• Self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-moving environment
