Autonomous Vehicle Test Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the Autonomous Vehicle Test team, the full-time Triage Analyzer - Autonomous Vehicle Test Engineer will analyze issues reported from vehicle testing, execute problem analysis processes, and collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end problem analysis, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and reporting
- Communicate with the development team to understand functional design and maintain technical knowledge
- Develop documentation and tools for issue analysis while collecting test data from in-car tests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive, Computer Science, or Software Engineering with 1+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and autonomous driving functions
- Experience with Linux and programming languages such as Python or Java
- 3+ years of experience in autonomous driving vehicle testing
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to fast technology evolution
