Job Summary
To support the development of Government Reference Architectures for autonomous and mission-critical systems, the remote Autonomy Architect/Engineer will manage the translation of operational concepts into architecture products, interface specifications, and engineering artifacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve Government Reference Architectures supporting autonomy and mission-critical systems
- Create and maintain SysML/UML models that represent system behavior, interfaces, and architectural relationships
- Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, and operational stakeholders to mature architecture products throughout the system lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of systems engineering or software architecture experience
- Strong understanding of SysML and UML behavioral modeling techniques
- Experience translating operational concepts into architecture views and engineering requirements
- Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance
