Autonomy Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead highly technical, executive level cross-functional programs within the company for driverless vehicles
- Partner with critical engineering teams to align multiple groups and teams towards unified goals and drive progress towards meeting company objectives
- Lead intra and inter-department cross-functional dependencies and relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field
- 7+ years of technical industry experience, including as a TPM or equivalent technical leader
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA based program management tools and standard methodologies
- Experience leading critical initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations
- Self-motivation and passion to lead end to end programs and encourage standard methodologies
