Job Summary

To optimize a troubled Autotask PSA implementation, the contract-based Autotask PSA SME will assess and remediate configurations, workflows, and integrations while working remotely to restore operational efficiency and confidence in the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a rapid assessment of current Autotask configurations and workflows to identify root causes of implementation issues
  • Rebuild or optimize core modules and workflows, ensuring usability for technicians and operations teams
  • Audit and correct company/contact/account hierarchies and establish data governance rules for integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Autotask PSA administration and implementation
  • Proven experience in recovering or fixing a failing Autotask PSA implementation
  • Strong knowledge of contracts/billing configuration and company/contact/account structure
  • Experience with APIs and integration concepts, including troubleshooting sync issues
  • Ability to translate business processes into practical PSA workflows and manage stakeholder expectations
