Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy, assertive AV Business Development Manager to drive the growth of AV services and managed services portfolios in a remote, full-time role, focusing on acquiring new service contracts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and acquire new AV services contracts, including support and maintenance
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach to drive pipeline growth
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and AV/IT directors to establish long-term service relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the AV / ProAV industry
- Strong understanding of AV technologies such as Pixera, QSC, and Biamp
- Proven success in securing new service or support contracts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
