Job Summary

A company is looking for an AV Client Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve service requests for Pro AV systems both remotely and onsite
  • Communicate with clients to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage warranty replacements and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with integrated commercial Pro AV systems
  • Strong ability to diagnose A/V/L/C systems down to the component level
  • Experience with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, or similar platforms is highly valued
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
