Job Summary

A company is looking for an AV Client Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve service requests for Pro AV systems both remotely and onsite
Communicate with clients to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
Manage warranty replacements and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience with integrated commercial Pro AV systems
Strong ability to diagnose A/V/L/C systems down to the component level
Experience with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, or similar platforms is highly valued
AVIXA CTS certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
